This came in today. Another older edition catalog, but still useful. Also gives me a better idea of what will be in the newer catalogs. Catalogs rarely downsize or eliminate listings, although there are notable exceptions. The ACSC has expanded considerably since the edition below...
Thanks to kacyds I checked out AbeBooks.com and grabbed the 2010 version of the Commonwealth and British Empire ... for $1US + $5.52US for for shipping Ordered on January 3 and arrived today. Thanks kacyds
Isfila 2009 Turkish Stamps & Postal Stationery Catalogue Volume II (1863-2008): Local Posts - Booklets - Red Crescent - Protection of Children - Turkish Air Association - Aviation Defense Tax - National Defense Tax - Automaton Stamps - Alexandretta - Turkish Cyprus - Postal Stationery - Formulars - Zeppelin Flights - Special Postmarks
nigelc, I'm still waiting for my 2016 Isfila to come in. I'm assuming they shipped it separately. Once that comes in, I'll be able to get you more accurate information.
The Isfila 2017 Ottoman Empire Turkish Stamps Specialised Catalogue 1840-1922 is the one to compare to for classic era. It is full color, bilingual (Turkish/English), limited print run (300 numbered editions), and comes with 2-volume slipcase. But it's pricey -- €150.
I got the 2008 Specialized Part II (I'll upload the cover a little later). That one does cover the Duloz issues. But I haven't been able to get Specialized Part I at a decent price. It's on my "list".
I got my Isfilas directly from their website. The older ones are at an unbelievable low price (shipping included). I just got the 2008/2009's in this week. I didn't want to comment on it until I got the 2016s -- when purchased over a month ago, I got no confirmation email, no receipt, and there was no packing list in the 2008/2009's package I got this week!). But even the 2016s are exceptional low price for current edition catalog. When you factor in the cost of shipping from Turkey to US, I'm scratching my head on how they can break even on this. I'll post a pic later of the stamps on the 2008/2009's shipment -- the face value of the stamps is actually more than I paid for the post-paid catalogs!!!

Worldwide collector of stamps and covers! I gave up on limiting to only certain countries.
Here is the latest addition to my Philatelic library. 2017 Japan catalogue. Came with a recent auction lot I had
put in a very low bid and won. Nice addition to Scott. All stamps are pictured and it breaks down the different types of issues. (regular - airmails - prefectures, etc) Even has English headings along with the Japanese. Very nice book.
