I like the simplicity of these stamps, and the clean design. I found some Colorano Silk Cachet first-day covers and added them to the collection. Enjoy! And when I'm done, feel free to add any from your collections, used and on-cover, especially.
they are just vario pages ... these are all of the plate numbers for these stamps ... as I look through them I see that they are out of order ... sheesh! I collect PNC singles (both used and mint) and 3's and 5's. I also have 1's 2's and 5's that are NOT PNC's ... I'll put some of those up shortly.
The 2-cent Locomotive is unbalanced because the guy I bought these from was out of plate # 6 3's so he sent me a 5 ... and I can't bring myself to turn it into a 3 ... so my OCD self suffers every time I look at that page!
this is one of my first collections I built after I came back to the hobby after 30+ years (some three years ago) ... I liked the look of these stamps but didn't really know how to collect them. I had no idea what a 'plate number coil' was ... so there are a few interspersed. I haven't done anything to this collection for several years ... I guess I should go back and try to complete it ... I have three pages of duplicates that as soon as I have the requisite number of posts I will be happy to post up and maybe entertains some swaps to fill some of my holes.
