zepherusbane,my spouse would not have known to buy something like that for me unless I specifically showed her. I did get stampy gifts but we basically decided on a budget for ourselves and bought what we wanted. My purchases were stampy and I will show them later on this thread.
No longer in denial! I collect all of it...the whole world! Just printing and mounting as I go! Call me crazy.

She was at a loss for what to buy me this year and asked me, so I showed her these since I had been salivating over this "buy it now" offer on ebay for nearly 3 months (the person selling them has relisted it twice, so of course ebay tells me about it because I had looked at it previously. I foolishly kept looking at it again and again.
Worldwide collector of stamps and covers! I gave up on limiting to only certain countries.
I bought this large ziploc bag of goodies on ebay using my stepmom's gift. As soon as it arrived I wrapped it and never looked at what was in it.
Tonight I dumped it out onto my desk and am very pleasantly surprised at what was in it. Souvenir sheets, loose stamps, stock book full, glassines full of stamps, covers, etc. I am going to have some fun with this purchase.
