Austria, Scott 958 & 963, 1983 Printing With Tabs

Here is a First Day Cover with 2 stamps from the Austrian Scenes series of 1973-78. Apparently 2 of the stamps from that series had a special printing in 1983, with tabs comemmorating the 35th anniversary of Israel's statehood.

Does anyone know of any catalog showing this printing, or giving any details, value, quantity, etc? Were these the only 2 from the series produced with tabs?

Interesting stamps!! I unfortunately have no answers to your questions and don't have a modern Netto catalog. My guess is that the stamp club bought sheets(or bottom row with selvage) of those stamps and then had a printer friend print the info on the lower selvage.
