Need Info on this German Hitler Postal Stationery

I'm organizing a bunch of Hitler covers from my sales boxes and will be mounting them on pages. I need information on the postal stationery pictured (I have no Higgins & Gage available), so the page doesn't reflect my ignorance. It's attached to a reply card. Can anybody help a bit?

Even just a year of issue, if available, would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
