1986 saw the introduction of another obligatory tax stamp, this time for the fight against cancer.
The earliest issues (1986-1991) were from the Macedonian Red Cross, while the later issues (1992-) are from the Serbian Red Cross.
Although my collection in this area is extensive, it is far from complete. While only missing a few of the individual pieces, the early Macedonian Red Cross period also produced souvenir booklets (both perforated and imperforated), as well as FDCs and MCs, which are very scarce in my collection at this point. On the other hand, the Serbian Red Cross period is quite simple, as there were no "accessory" items released, only the individual pieces.
