This is the last two of the batch that I have been identifying. I think the one on the left is a revenue and the right one is some sort of charity stamp. If you know or have any info on these, please let me know. Thanks!
Your image comes up as a small thumbnail on my browser. So I can't see the details.
If the left stamp says "TIMBRE NACIONAL", then it is indeed revenue stamp. It's not in my Forbin, so it was probably issue between 1905-1940.
The right stamp is a charity stamp, although at this point I'm not sure if it might have been an official charity stamp (i.e., some sort of limited time/area postal tax stamp, the kind that Scott usually has very limited listings). I do know it is issued in 1962 to raise funds for the Roosevelt Institute of Child Orthopedics as decreed by the government, so in that sense it is "official". But I don't know if it had any postal validity or postal requirements of usage. So I am hesitant to say it was one of those limited requirement postal tax stamps. There are several denominations for the entire set, although I don't know how many are in the set.
No need to apologize. I'm sure it's a problem with some setting on my browser/laptop, since there are others who see your image normal. But I still haven't found any setting I can tweak to solve this problem. I should probably "borrow" my daughter's laptop while she's back home and see if it appears OK on her laptop.
