Any help on these? A shame 2 values have this stain. Well looks like South Africa is following a lot of the british of the 60's and 70's going down in price.

This is a 1946 Viet Minh issue. You have the complete set, although it also exists imperforate. I have never seen it listed in any of the major catalogs (Scott, Michel, Marka... I did not check SG). So I always assumed it was a set that was produced but never officially issued, since I have also never seen a used stamp from this set.
