Came across this card today in an old album that I am sorting and identifying the stamps in it.

The stamps are real and are stuck to the card. Looks like the edges have been cut to fit in the album. Also holes were punched on the edge to be placed in the album.

Has anyone see this souvenir card before or have any addition info? Thanks

Yes, some philatelic agencies issued these since the 1960s (at least). I've got some from Asia from that time. Most of them are in the format of a folded souvenir booklet. You could get them with first day cancels as well. The closest US equivalent would be the commemorative panels (and for first day cancels, it would be the US souvenir page program).
