How do you create printed ID Tags to stick in your albums?

Up until now I've been cutting out little rectangles and writing ID's with pencil to stick next to my stamps, but I'm jealous of the albums I see with nice printed ID tags. 

If any of you print your tags, can you explain how?

I would think a good paper cutter is a must! Beyond that, I'm also interested in the methods different collectors use. Count me out for contributing, I'm a pencil scribbler, directly on the album page or on a pre-cut piece of cardstock. I might write on the stamp to quickly ID the selvedge. Can't stand collectors who write the stamp ID on the selvedge -- that's blasphemy to us selvedge collectors!

The simplest method is to create a text box in MS Word.
Right click to get a list with formatting options such as size.
Type your text and cut.

For a more elaborate format: start big and shrink the box. Use a big fount so it will still be visible after you shrink the text box.
