Switzerland 1940s Wheat-Sheaf Revenue Stamps

I think I saw an article about these in AP mag or Linn's not too long ago, but I don't have a reference for them. Any leads would be much appreciated.

I didn't see any relevant Switzerland articles in the 1991-2019 indices, nor in any article titles of 2020 issues of the American Philatelist.

I didn't check Linn's. I stopped receiving in Dec2019, but have issues prior. No index, so checking is a bit tedious. Any idea how recent? If it's past 6 months, I don't have the Linn's.

They look so familiar, but I really don't recall where I saw them. Some are on fragments of Bills of Exchange. I guess I'll just have to scare up a Barefoot.

The ones  that appear to be on colored paper actually have that fugitive color coating seen on some 1940s Swiss postage. I'll put up some better pix when I get these cozied into their new home, most likely over this winter.

These gorgeously engraved 1940s Swiss Wheat-Sheaf revenue stamps got shuffled/buried in our move. About 60% of the original lot was damaged (staple holes, tears, short perfs, etc.) Most of those wound up in the philatelic box I just sent to the twins. Now comfortably ensconced, here's the best of these sweet babies in all their glory. I particularly appreciate the large, readable cancels. In these pix, the few upside-down ones are damaged.

I still don't have a Swiss revenue reference, but all the legible fragments I saw are from Bills of Exchange. If someone were to post here a relevant page 'for educational & informative purposes ONLY', it would likely be suitably educational & informative, and I'm sure appreciated.
