I was looking in a box for mounts and found a old stockbook of Israel stamps and BOB. I have never seen such nice old BOB just loose in a stock book. ( I am not sure where the person got the Scott Value on these. I will keep the stamps together.)

Actually, the catalog value may have been accurate for the 1980s. I don't have those year catalogs handy (they are archived in storage) so I can't check for you right now.
