Both carmine rose. Bottom stamp is wet print. Top stamp is probably dry print, but hard to say unless they are scanned together.
Many of the stamps of this series were printed in quantities of the order of hundreds of millions and I think even billions. While there are color shade varieties, the great majority of them are common and have no significant premium. The experimental/transition varieties are more likely to have minor to major premiums.
