Stationery Cutouts Used On Other Covers

In USA, stationery indicia are only valid on the envelopes or postcards they're printed on. It is not permitted to cut them out and use them on a different envelope or card. However, some other countries do allow it. Below are some nice examples of this practice.

I believe the right-hand stamp is Scott #397 despite it being a semi-postal.

Nice fun cover!   It was probably sent by the stamp dealer, Oswald Marsh.

He was based for many years in Norwood in South East London and was well known for using cutouts like this.
