By popular request we are putting up an exhibition for December...
December is a great month for an exhibition.. The topics can be Christmas, Hanukkah, or the winter solstice.
We don's care if you focus on the religious or commercial aspects of one of those holidays. what we do care about is following the rules..
here is the time line..
From December 1st though the 15 entries will need to be sent to me (Bear) via PM with all details and images in one post...
on December 16th i will open a thread for each entry with this information posted in one post.
From December 16- 25th voting will occur.
on the 26th a winner will be announced.
VOTE HOW YOU WANT TO VOTE - we are not professionals and i do not expect professional style judgments.. If your heart says vote for member X over member Y for what ever reason then vote that way.. (and before it starts up, no this is not open to debate. you vote how you want to and i really dont care about rules at other places)
NOW for the fun part. the exhibition guidelines -
YOUR exhibit must be 2-4 pages + a cover page (cover page not required to have stamps or covers on it)
you decide what to depict, how to represent it, and you may use any or all of the following - stamps, covers, cut corners, Cinderella's, or Facsimiles.
easy enough?
i would like to keep a running list of entries so please feel free to post your intent here (we understand if you may need to withdraw at a later date)....
so who is up for another one?
***one last note - we are an international forum (meaning world wide) we have members from a lot of differing backgrounds. If you are unable to post a positive message about some ones entry DO NOT POST ONE AT ALL... also be sure to take the time to read the forum rules regarding such matters before you PM me.. and please if their is a conflict that you simply can not avoid posting about - do it in a PM to me alone for discussion. ***
