Glow in the dark stamps.

I was trying to go to work and was looking on my Argentina stamp fill desk for something.

I turned out the desk light and notice that 2 of my stamps glow in the dark.

I will try to get a photo of them this week end.

But does anyone know of other stamps that glow in the dark?

Yeah, the glow-in-the-dark stamps are neat.

I would say that there are about 1-2 dozen issues that glow-in-the-dark without requiring UV excitation.

Some examples include:
Belgium traffic safety miniature sheet of 2013
Malaysia lighthouse souvenir sheet of 2013
New Zealand lighthouse issue of 2009
...

If you include stamps that require UV excitation to reveal intentionally photoluminescent ink or a hidden design, then you can probably add 100+ more stamps. Then, there are plenty of stamps that use ink that "happen" to be photoluminescent, but was not intended to be so as part of the specifications.

By the way, is one of your stamps the $20 airport stamp? I know that one glows in the dark. I'm interested in knowing which other stamps from Argentina will also glow in the dark without UV excitation.

tomd yes South Africa issued a set of stamps on : "Lighthouses ^of South Africa" on the 20/08/2014

I am trying to find them in my Scott catalog. One is a definitive and one a commemorative and I also found one from Brazil.

Ok I found one Argentina, Scott # 936. It states it is one of a bunch that was printed on FLORESCENT paper.
I never knew they ever did this before.

I am now seeing more issues from Argentina that state they are on FLORESCENT paper
