Hi Craig,

Nice stuff, thanks for posting. To me, it's funny how the Netherlands went from conservative, even staid designs to bold and often extremely colorful ones in the 1970s (the Dutch aviation and horticultural exhibition sets in your scans being pretty good examples of the latter), and didn't really stop for a breath in between.

You've probably answered this a million times, but how do you make those pages? And how do you choose the order in which the stamps appear?

I have grown increasingly fond of modern Dutch stamps and your pages show them well.

mourningdoves, I create the pages on my desktop computer with Microsoft Word, using the "Tables" feature to make the borders for the stamps. Very easy once you get the hang of it, plus you cam copy and paste to save time and effort.

The stamps are mounted by Scott chronological order, except when the size and number of stamps and sets won't fit on a page with earlier stamps mounted. Then I jump those to the next page, moving some later stamps/sets that will fit on the page into the earlier page.
