Wanted to buy this catalogue "The Canadian Revenue Stamp Catalogue by E.S.J. Van Dam" saw it at just £18 to purchase but would cost an additional £32 postage, ouch.  Cannot afford that

What year catalog was that? It doesn't come out every year. The most recent one is 2022, and the one before that I believe was 2009.
