System rejects my USERNAME / PASSWORD when adding image

I have just joined this forum.  I can successfully log in and out.  I am trying to respond to an older post but the system rejects my USERNAME / PASSWORD when as I try to upload a stamp image.  What am I doing wrong?  Thanks

Welcome to Stamp Bears, johnfa!

To post images on Stamp Bears, you have to use your own image host, as we are not set up to do our own image hosting.

If you don't have your own image hosting provider, Phil has been kind enough to offer SeeMyStamps as stamp image hosting for Stamp Bears. If you want to use the "Insert Image" button when posting, you will need to first set up an account with SeeMyStamps. It is independent from your StampBears account. But if you stay signed in, you should be able to seamlessly use the "Insert Image" button. I say "should" because I'm old fashioned and prefer to directly insert the image BBCode, so I've actually never used the "Insert Image" button! That satisfies my non-conformist urges.

Hey John, Sorry to hear you're have issues.

When did you sign up with See My Stamps? I'm not seeing any new accounts recently set up.

Thanks to both of you!  Phil, I have created an account on SeeMyStamps and uploaded a stamp image I am trying to post but that is where my progress stops.  I am pressing the Insert Image button and pasting in the URL address that shows but this address doesn't appear to be unique to my image.  So I guess I'll give up for a while and try again later!  I am far from being a tech wizard!!!

johnfa, Scroll down on your SeeMyStamps image, and copy the 'Medium Image - BBC Code' link. Paste that here, and you've posted a pic.
